#49: The Magic Technique We Use To Stay Emotionally Connected During A Fight

Back in the old days (like 2 years ago), when Shannon and I would fight, we’d go from talking about the problem to pointing fingers and blaming each other. We both ended up feeling defensive and pissed off at each other for a long time.

Since then, we’ve stumbled upon a simple technique we now use in almost all of our fights which helps us stay on task, solves our fights faster, and most importantly, keeps us emotionally connected instead of treating each other like the enemy.
